The cons simply will not quit on this issue and neither will gays and lesbians. It is purely prejudicial behavior that keeps them motivated. The lower court already ruled that gays and lesbians have rights and that the Oregon law passes Constitutional muster. The cons had their chance to defeat civil rights and they lost.
