Thousands Throng Market Street For Big Pride Parade »

Marriage was in the air as drag queens, kids, politicians, police officers, shirtless men and dozens of happy, married couples marched along Market Street in San Francisco's 38th annual Pride Parade today.

As a person that lives near SF, this is just the icing on the cake in a city that has run amok in Liberalism. Bums scatter the streets. Murders are a daily occurence. A Liberal DA lets Mexican Mafia memebers go free after they kill a man and his son.
SF has become the most dirty and scummy city on the planet. I used to like to take people there when they come visit me but not anymore. Last time I was there we had to step over drunken bums in the street while also getting a nice whiff of puke that no one else seemed to mind.
So instead of fixing the problems that the Liberals see as progressive, they support a Gay Pride parade where people dance around half naked, spanking each other with whips and tonguing in the middle of the street. Last year they attacked a church by entering it forcefully and slandering it with every word in the book.
If you want to see what Liberalism looks like, go to this parade and city. It will make you cringe. It should scare you.

I lived in the Bay Area for 13 years. I used to love to go to the City. It was fun, clean, and had a lot of variety. After I moved, I returned at least 1-2 times per year. Then the City turned into one big garbage dump. Bums and trash everywhere. It was just disgusting. I don't go there anymore. It just isn't worth it.

Oh that's right. Heterosexuals never do those things. Wow, how amazing. I guess there aren't any murders in any other cities. Like right wing Dallas with the worst in the country. Bums in the street? Have you been to Philadelphia. The city of brotherly love? My sister just returned and vowed never to go back. How horrible. How about Chicago, New York, Our nation's Capital, Miami, St. Louis, Phoenix, and on and on.
There are conservative gays and lesbians. You must have a deep sand pile in your yard for your head to miss that. I'm sure there is a spot in Iraq where there are no gay or lesbians, Saudi Arabia. Oh, at least those who admit it so they can be beheaded or something.
But if you don't like the parade don't attend. If you feel the City leaders need a code of conduct addressed, then go to the City Council meeting and speak up. There are plenty of plain old parades and celebrations that have nothing to do with gays and lesbians that have their own issues.

what horrible nightmare fantasy world are you living in?
my wife and I were just in the bay area visting family. spent a few days in san fran. fantastic. the restaurants are incredible. went to Suppenkuche, a german place. great bratwurst and beer. its family style so you end up eating with other groups of people. really good. also ate at the Front Porch. Funky little soul food place. Fried chicken served in a popcorn bucket. also had a crab and grits plate that was amazing. then of course theres the famous mission burrito. can't beat it for good, cheap eats.
Golden Gate park was bright and sunny, everyone hanging out. the DeYoung museum was great. one night we ended up in Dolores park with a couple hundred people watching Soylent Green outside on a huge screen. awesome.
public trans was easy to use. and of course the shopping was great.
homeless? sure. every big city has homeless. but we weren't stepping over vomit.
sounds like maybe you were in the tenderloin buying crack.

Blah. The way I see it, the world is a cold, lonely place. And if you find someone who makes it a little bit less cold, and a little bit less lonely, then I say hold onto that like hell- man woman giraffe whatever. More power to em for figuring out what makes them happy, some people never figure that out.

Well, there are other worlds, but they are difficult and expensive to get to. Attitude adjustment would be better for you anyway.
