Now, imagine if this man were Jewish. Or Black. And was denied insurance based on that criteria. WOW!!!

If this man were black, Jewish, and gay, he would be the poster child of discrimination. Make him a woman, and you have pretty much covered all bases.
Why should an insurance company or plan in any state be allowed to discriminate based on sexual identity?
